Cancellation Policy

SEASON REFUND POLICY

100% refund before registration closes.


50% after registration closes, before roster allocation.

No refunds after rosters are finalized, unless the City of Torrance issue orders prohibiting the season moving forward (see City Mandated Related Refunds).

City Mandated Related Refunds
If the City of Torrance fails to approve games before a date which a full regular season can be scheduled (or rescinds such approval after scheduled games begin) the WTLL Board will refund associated registration fees back to families based on the percentage of overall games scheduled versus totals outlined above (minus a $125 practice & uniform fee). T-Ball division is not eligible for refunds. Rainouts to approved scheduled games that are not rescheduled by the respective team managers will not be considered in this refund. If a player decides to not continue playing after being allocated to a team, there will not be a refund - unless the CIty fails to approve games (as stated above).


CAMP / CLINICS REFUND POLICY

100% refund before registration closes.

Only for Camps & Clinics, should not enough interest warrant a full camp/clinic structure, the camp/clinic may be cancelled & participants will receive a FULL REFUND.
